Automatic rent payment reminders – Once a tenant is added to a property, automatic rent payment reminders will be sent continuously everyday till tenants pays, so that owner doesn’t need to involve himself in reminding and asking tenants for rent.
Payment confirmation and receipt- This app urges tenants to pay rent and send confirmation on time and helps landlord in sending rent receipt automatically once he checks that he has received the rent.
Managing multiple properties and tenants- We designed the app in a way that landlord can add and manage multiple properties and add multiple tenants to it. This helps landlord in keeping track of all their properties and its rents and tenant linked to it.
Rent Reports- Besides management, ProperT allows landlord to generate reports of any property at any given time for their tax and bookkeeping purpose. Reports will be generated in excel format for easy editing and will be sent to registered mail automatically.
Unified Data View - App is designed in a way to keep landlord updated about all the info he needs like – outstanding rents, expiring lease, monthly rental income, etc. everything in one dashboard.

Snooze rent- App allows you to snooze your rent, which notifies the landlord and you will stop getting rent reminders. It helps you communicating with landlord that you will not be able to pay rent for some time.
Repair request- Our app is designed in a way where you can raise repair tickets according to priorities, which in turn will help landlord understand your urgency. Describe all the issues and let the landlord do his job, app will automatically remind landlord to resolve the repair ticket at the earliest.
Rent Payment receipt- App helps you getting a receipt that your landlord has received the rent. Once you have made the payment and recorded it in the app , app will automatically urge landlord to check and sent rent receipt.
Rent payment report- Once you leave a property you will be sent a report to your registered e-mail id of all the rent payments you made for that property, which will help you in bookkeeping and tracking expense.
